Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Honest, Hardworking, Dependable, Preferably CPA but not a must
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
Experience in working in a real estate company is a plus
Must know how to:
Maintain the organization's bookkeeping process, bank reconciliations and produce financial statements.
Posting financial data to accounts.
Processing tax returns and maintaining data base
Processing SSS, HDMF, Philhealth and other Business Requirements
Responsible for collections and assisting with processing of government compliance forms including but not limited to VAT, Withholding tax, Tax on Compensation
Process business permits and annual BIR registration and submissions
Prepare and update lease contracts and coordinate with lessees
