I. Basic Purpose of the Job
Responsible for supplier SOA reconciliation and self-billing audit, supplier bank and tax maintenance, 1099 compliance, Cash Management, SOX/PWC audit, monthly accounts analysis and other GL related functions.
II. Reporting Relationship
Reports to the Accounting Section Head.
III. Major Duties and Responsibilities
Supplier SOA reconciliation and self-billing audit
Supplier bank and tax maintenance and 1099 compliance
Cash Management and reconciliation
Monthly Account Reconciliations
Month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing
Assists in the audit requirements/schedules (e.g. financial, SOX, PWC, etc.)
Interface with management in various departments
Roamer to help out in other areas within the group
