Must exhibit keen attention to detail and work with a sense of urgency
Ability to work in a deadline driven environment thru good time management skills
Proactive contribution towards early identification, monitoring, or reporting on systems process opportunities and /or contributing towards building robust controls
Effectively communication to an audience at all levels of management.
Participates in execution of a strategy; implements the tactics to meet goals for a functional sub-group or a department
Engage, participate and execute team projects.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good PC skills proficient with knowledge of Microsoft environment.
Must be willing to work day-time schedules of varying start times
Experience or knowledge in Quality Audit testing
Attention to detail and ability to follow and understand complex procedure
Communicate and review errors through reporting
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conducts review of Merchant Disputes specialists to ensure adherence to regulatory, policies and procedures and Disputes Quality Program
Performs targeted evaluations on customer/account interactions as performed by LOB Specialists as defined by Operational Leadership
Communicate and review errors identified through monthly reporting.
Provide support for additional control testing, reporting, and internal process management
Review and conduct deep dive analysis on the Site's Quality Errors
Build and maintain strong, collaborative working relationships with internal and external customers and partners.
Meet deliverables and tight timetables
