JOB DETAILS:
Company Profile: This is a Biotechnology Company providing and creating Molecular Diagnostics products for healthcare institutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in any related courses such as Business Administration, Accounting, Commerce, Economics etc.
Amenable to work in Night Shift Schedule
Knowledgeable in Accounting transaction
At least having experience handling Account Receivable/Order to cash
Responsibilities:
Ensures timely payments of accounts receivables for an assigned portfolio and work to minimize the risk of incurring bad debt and chargebacks to sales personnel.
Collection activity includes reviewing AR reports, performing daily analysis and decision-making to identify potential risk and implement effective solutions.
Engages in the investigation and resolution of customer issues/ inquiries in a prompt, effective and professional manner.
Ensures appropriate contact and relationships for all accounts.
Coordinates communications with station, customer, and company personnel related to escalated collection efforts involving third-party collectors and/or litigation efforts.
Collects on past due receivables, including calls & emails to customers.
Initiates, monitors and resolves customer inquiries.
Performs account reconciliations / involves reviewing, interpreting and communicating account issues to customers and or stations for resolution.
Ensures credit holds are released per procedures and make recommendation for holds.
Ability to analyze data, identify and resolve discrepancies.
