- Be proficient and knowledgeable in all areas of payables processing
- Maintain an above-average level of accuracy
- Possess interpersonal, bookkeeping, and problem-solving skills

- Proficient with basic math skills
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Minimum requirement of a high school diploma or GED
- Two or more years of experience with accounts payable
OTHER SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES
- Previous experience with PeopleSoft accounting and reporting system is a plus
- Should have basic knowledge of general ledger (debit and credit) accounting
- Ability to identify and research discrepancies of invoices in a timely manner
