Description
Responsibilities:
-Responsible in handling the company's top key accounts
-Develop a solid and trusting relationship between major key accounts and company
-Ensure sales target is met; help develop and execute sales and marketing plan in achieving goals
-Set up meetings and make presentations, proposals, and networking activities
-Analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
-Ensure client satisfaction by understanding the needs and recommending solution
-Oversee the performance of sales personnel/ promodiser deployed to the major key accounts
-Submit various reports as required by the department head and management
Qualifications:
-Graduate of any business related course
-With at least 4 years of previous experience in sales and retail industry
-Knowledgeable in handling sales personnel
-Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skill
-Must be a presenter, and a people-person
-Must be willing to do field work
-Professionally presentable
