Job Account Officer
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent.
Telemarketing experience is an advantage.
Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel and Email)
Inform clients with latest products, pricing, deals and promos.
She is responsible for price quotation, answering customer queries and concerns.
She is responsible for after sales follow-up through phone calls and email.
Competitive commissions/incentives.
