Job Objectives
This position is responsible in marketing, credit and account management. He/she is in-charge of generating revenue and maintaining a profitable relationship with target customers.
Main Accountabilities:
1. Identifies, develops and solicits new accounts, particularly on corporations coming from the large and middle market sectors.
2. Generates additional leasing, rental and related business from existing accounts;
3. Manages accounts to ensure attainment of both marketing and credit objectives and targets;
4. Handles credit investigation and appraisal requests, evaluation of client's financial statements and validation.
6. Identifies a potential problem account prior to its adverse classification.
Qualifications:
1, Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent.
2. At least 2 or 5 Year(s) of working experience in Marketing / Sales relating to Leasing/Lending/Rental.
3. Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
4. Must be proficient in the areas of credit, rental, financial analysis, discounted cash flow and customer relationship.
