Duties and Reponsibilities:
Grow Lalamove Business from assigned corporate clients
Understand assigned clients' business to learn how Lalamove products and services can best help them operationally
Manage and address issues and concerns accordingly in a timely manner
Seek regular feedback from assigned clients and think of ways on how to improve the way we serve them
Prepares weekly, and monthly or as needed, reports to track performance and movement of assigned accounts
Assist the Sales Manager in the preparation of sales reports
Other sales duties as assigned by the Sales Manager
What you'll need:
At least two (2) years experience in Corporate Account management functions from any industry
Tech-Savvy is a plus
Must be willing to work in the Makati Head Office (when necessary)
