ACCOUNT MANAGERS to join our growing team!
 
Job Summary:
 
The Account Manager works on all related sales activities, generating revenue for the company, closing deals, finding new clients, building relationships, and serving existing clients.
 
Job Qualifications:
Act as the main point of contact in all client concerns and needs matters.
Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.
Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Prepare reports on account status.
Develops sales by making initial presentations, explaining products and introducing new products and services.
Supports the overall project implementation.
Identify new clients and potential business opportunities as well as upselling products and services.
Conducts presentation and demonstration to clients.
Sends and follow-ups quotations and proposals to clients, answer sales inquiries both offline and online.
Generate sales revenue, open new accounts and new market segments
Account management of existing and new company accounts
Provides accurate monthly sales forecast and sales reports
Supports in coordinating with client billing and services
Supports the Management for sales planning and strategy
General business administration
