Objective/Purpose of the Job:
The Account Manager will nurture and grow client relationships, ensuring all interactions and services align with industry standards and client requirements. The Account Manager will manage and grow client networks, drive sales, and ensure a highly effective and customer-centered service process.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Find and secure new sales opportunities with existing clients.
Provide high-quality customer service, responding to client needs promptly.
Work with internal teams to meet client needs and improve products and services.
Manage key client accounts, including contract negotiation.
Track and report on account performance to the Branch Manager.
Reporting Structure:
Reports to the Branch Manager or any other person designated by the company
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
This job involves working in an office but also frequent trips to meet clients and partners. Expect to work beyond normal hours, oversee inventory, and handle card tools and accessories.
