Position Description - Account Manager for CNS(Cloud & Network Services) in Globe
General Purpose
Sales Professional with technical and business understanding of CNS solutions, responsible for generating orders and revenues by selling Nokia's CNS solutions to customers.
Main Responsibility Area
Understands customers' strategic direction, business challenge and associated business plans, and develops Nokia's account strategy for CNS business, drive new business opportunities.
Implements Nokia's CNS account strategy with alignment with CX and presales team.
Implement effective e2e sales execution processes including strategic account management and planning, pipeline development, pre-sales, overall business management and forecasting
Responsible for the execution of the full E2E Sales process from Orders, Revenues, Margins and Cash Collection
Drive a strong pipeline (continuous replenishment) that supports the achievement of financial targets and that adheres to key CRM principles and metrics (development, velocity, conversion, quality).
Builds & manages trust-based, long-term relationships within various levels (working and management levels) of Globe's Technical and Business groups
Positions Nokia as a preferred solution and services partner to customer, convey Nokia's values effectively to customer.
Negotiates Customer contracts in alignment with commercial and legal organizations (Acceptance, SoR, payment terms, etc.), and closes deals to achieve orders' targets.
Communicates clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives (account plan, LE etc.) to stakeholders, fulfills Nokia's process for offer lifecycle management.
Proactively identifies, develops & wins Nokia business in line with Nokia growth and profitability targets; and grow market share.
Proactively requests BG's support to achieve sales target.
Shares best practices with BG's and CX community with good understanding on BG solutions, the main competitors in the relevant market areas.

Position Requirements
Bachelors or Master's degree in engineering, telecommunications, business or a related field.
Fluency in Business English language.
5 years + experience in CSP Sales,
Experience and knowledge of the Telecoms industry in Philippine.
Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets within assigned territories.
Strong interpersonal capabilities and customer intimacy.
Creative 'out of the box' think
Exceptional work ethic, the ability to work independently, self-motivated, driven and a strong desire to succeed.
