The Account Manager will be responsible for scouting of new logos and reviving of dormant accounts of Trends.
Understanding customers' challenges, and advises solutions that will meet the needs of the client.
Offers Information and Communication Solutions like Collaboration, Contact Centers, IT Infrastructure, Network Management, Security & Optimization and Power Solution.
Maintains and expands productive and professional relationships with customers.
Coordinates the involvement of the company personnel, including the Service Desk, Design, Implementation and Support Teams, and other Management Resources, to be able to meet project objectives and customers' satisfaction.
Knowledgeable on ICT

Able to work in a fast paced environment
