As an Account Manager, you are expected to work with the team to validate, onboard, and activate new clients. You will also be in-charge in maintaining accounts of existing clients.
What you will do:
Ensuring a seamless transition from sales to account management, which includes understanding of the client's business, discussion points, collection of documents, and onboarding of the new client.
Maintain good business relationships with all existing clients.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, Operations, Finance, Product, Legal, and Sales in matters pertaining to partner onboarding, activation, regulatory, and business activities.
Perform client performance tracking, monitor metrics and provide appropriate insights to grow the business with the client.
Forecast partner business growth.
Develop strategic programs specific to the client to grow the business.
Initiate partner monthly or quarterly reviews to align, plan, identify relevant programs.

2+ years of experience as an Account Manager for an e-commerce, fintech, Saas, healthcare (B2B) or other similar industry.
