Job Description
Reporting to the Operations Director, the operations manager will be responsible for working with creatives and clients to lead Fabric Care advertising campaigns. She will also play a role in providing operational support to the team. He or she will be responsible for ensuring the ways of working are followed, generate and implement strategies to improve efficiency of the organization.
Responsibilities (Hybrid of Account Management and Operations)
Manage day-to-day operations of Fluid
Provide meaningful support to Operations Director in running the Fluid team, including resource planning
Be the first point of contact for our clients, who seek for the strategy, creative and production of their advertising campaigns
Work side by side with your clients to engage new production projects from the start, proposing transformational solutions, assess feasibility and driving change for your brands
Capable of writing a strong, inspiring agency brief and concept based on the client's initial brief
Influences the development of the highest quality of creative work by sharing knowledge of the client/business/brand and demonstrating strong creative judgment and basic strategic recommendations
Presents production estimates for client approval
Protects client and agency interests by thoughtfully managing resources and identifying new opportunities for growth, issues and updates
Effectively facilitates the communication between agency, client and our partner agencies to ensure seamless creative outcomes
Works with studio, producers and project management teams to deliver on time, and on budget or per resource allocated
Committed to constantly improving our work, and how we work
Maintains a sense of discretion and professionalism, representing the Groupe
Be responsible for growing a key FMCG company, working across various brands within it managing various business accounts, making sure the work being produced exceeds the client's expectations
Anticipate, proactively address, and advise management on potential client or revenue issues
Requirements
Preferred 5 years account experience in a highly creative advertising agency preferred
Knowledge from working in a TV, print, or digital production role is preferred
Worked on global brands. FMCG experience is a plus
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment
Ability to effectively and appropriately collaborate and interact with clients and co-workers at a variety of levels, across many disciplines
Effective negotiation and problem-solving skills
A track record of gaining trust and respect by consistently demonstrating sound critical thinking skills and maintaining composure in stressful situations
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of employees
Highly organized with a keen sense of attention to detail
Exceptional initiative and follow through skills
After hours work and overnight traveling to shoots and post sessions required
The confidence to interact with clients and make presentations
Must be proactive, a self-starter and an excellent communicator both verbal and written
