The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our niche software. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.
Responsibilities
Conduct implementation with clients and hit target go-live date
Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success
Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
Do regular checkups our customers' portals to identify opportunities for growth within our platform
Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts
Requirements
Male or Female, 21 years old and above. A team player that has a mature and pleasant personality.
Graduate of any IT-related course or has more than 2 years experience as Tech or Customer Support. BPO experience is a plus.
Has good comprehension skills and a fast learner.
Excellent verbal and written English skills a MUST!
Working knowledge in EDI and SAP platforms (a STRONG plus).
Willing to work on EUROPEAN and US time zones.
Willing to work in the Parañaque office 3x a week and WFH set-up for another 2 days.
After pandemic, and subject to change depending on present situation.
