ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Account Manager at First Circle you will be part of a growth-driven team whose focus is to generate business and represent our brand during the first contact with potential customers. Being an AM, you will be tasked with initiating the sales cycle, which will translate into different activities: from lead generation to prospecting to and qualifying leads, to managing your sales pipeline and leveraging missed opportunities.
YOUR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Initiate the sales process with prospecting and qualifying leads (inbound and outbound team) with cold calls, texts and emails
Develop and manage a sales pipeline using a CRM software
Coordinate with Account Managers in your team to develop a holistic approach to the customer and customer experience
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor's degree
Experience: 1+ year of sales or related experience but open to recent graduates
Entrepreneurial mindset: thrives in a fast-paced and unstructured digital environment
Accountability: High degree of ownership and independence with a bias towards action
Motivated, sharp and quick: excited to work in a highly demanding, results-driven and extreme-growth organization
Extra: B2B sales in financial services is a strong bonus
