JOB OBJECTIVES
The Account Manager role is responsible for establishing and developing long-term relationships with customers while also servicing existing accounts. The Account Manager seeks out and identifies new business opportunities, initiating communication with decision-makers to assess their needs and sell his company's products or services.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Conduct professional and informative sales presentations
-Selling products and services to new accounts, upselling and renewing accounts
-Achieves sales goals and objectives
-Build and maintain client relationships
-Confidently and successfully negotiates and closes deals
-Proactively communicate on a regular basis with all customers to identify new sales opportunities, provide customer service and ensure account renewals
-Respond to Request for Proposals (RFP), in timely and accurate fashion
-Work with customers to identify challenges that our products can solve
QUALIFICATIONS
-Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or related field
-Good written and verbal communication skill
-Good presentation and negotiation skills
-Highly proficient in MS Office applications
-Has the ability to work in all levels of the organization
-Organized and detail-oriented
-Has the ability to overcome objections
-Willing to learn and fast learner
-Has stable internet connection (minimum of 5 Mbps)
