Duties & Responsibilities:
The Account Manager is responsible for getting more clients and talents for our Staff Leasing Services. He/She is responsible for meeting and exceeding client leads and recruitment targets assigned to him/her; creating a database of jobseekers and employers; understanding the requirements of both; matching job duties with individuals; contacting the applicants; assessing jobseeker's needs and requirements; bargaining on both sides so as to convert the recruitment opportunity; guiding the jobseeker till a job offer is made to him/her; and following up with the employer till the jobseeker joins the organization. The Account Manager Is accountable to the Head of Business Development.
As the Account Manager supporting Business Development & Recruitment, you will have three (3) primary responsibilities:
Client Account Management
Daily involvement in all managed accounts from prospects to new clients sending status, reminders, and follow-ups to internal stakeholders.
Develop and enhance client relationships through exemplary customer service by responding immediately to client inquiries.
Provide information on currently engaged services and additional services (upsell opportunities).
Coordinate technical kickoff calls.
Attend regular client meetings (Weekly Recruitment Updates, Sales Calls, etc.).
Sales
Lead Generation - Generating leads and conducting research on potential clients via social networks and other platforms.
Manage lead generation platform.
Manage database of contacts, potential clients, and all deals in varying stages.
Oversee automated email projects.
Research new business/sales opportunities and innovations.
Conduct regular market research, trend insights, and competitor analysis.
Attend regular business development meetings.
Keep up to date with the latest sales trends and best practices.
Talent Management
Participate in recruitment initiatives such as:
Collaborating with Technical Recruiter in creating job descriptions, screening questions, and assessments
Job Marketing
Sourcing / headhunting candidates
Coordinating and scheduling interviews
Reviewing rates and budgets
Maintaining and updating the talent database
Attend regular recruitment meetings and recruitment kickoff calls
Keep up to date with the latest recruitment trends and best practices.
Assist in other tasks as assigned.
Assist/Mentor other core team members as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
Graduates in Marketing, Communications, or related are welcome to apply!
2+ years of related experience in B2B Sales or 3+ years in Account Management / Business Development / or Recruitment
Customer service, relationship management, and account management skills (both talents and clients)
Has a good online presence (social media)
Experience with various communication platforms - MS Teams, Zoom
Good research skills
Good negotiation skills
Good business writing skills
Good English communication and comprehension skills. Can clearly present information. Able to articulate thoughts and opinions well.
Proficient in Office 365 / MS Office Suite
Great collaborator
Highly organized with keen attention to detail. Great at record-keeping, tracking, and reporting.
Can handle and prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
A person of integrity with high regard for punctuality, flexibility, and dependability.
