The Account Executive is responsible for generating new business, managing existing accounts, and ensuring that the company maintains a strong and reputable presence with its clients. This role plays a key part in driving sales performance, meeting targets, and strengthening customer relationships across our IT and hardware-related product lines.Key Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and secure new client accounts.
Maintain and grow business with existing customers to ensure continued sales performance.
Build, strengthen, and maintain excellent client relationships while promoting a positive company image.
Consistently hit sales targets and quotas based on monthly and quarterly goals.
Conduct client presentations, product discussions, and sales negotiations when needed.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and efficient customer service.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support business development strategies.
Requirements
At least a 4-year College Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or any related field.
Must have experience in corporate sales.
Background in IT sales or construction-related sales (such as hardware, tiles, modular cabinets, or kitchen systems) is an advantage but not required.
Strong skills in new client acquisition, account management, and consistently meeting sales quotas.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to build strong networks and close deals efficiently.
