Job Description
Be part of our client's team as an Account Executive, driving their growth by sourcing and closing new business. Your role involves understanding DANONIs products and industry positioning, managing the entire sales cycle, and exceeding ambitious quarterly goals. Youll be a trusted advisor to customers and channel partners, collaborating closely with product development and supply chain teams to ensure seamless product delivery. Your insights will directly influence DANONIs strategies, and youll report directly to the companys founder.
Heres an overview of your future role:
Employment type: Full time
Shift: Night (9:30 PM to 6:30 AM)
Work setup: Onsite, Ortigas/Makati
What do you need to succeed
At least 2+ years of sales experience in a quota-carrying capacity (5+ years preferred).
Highly effective communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, nurture relationships, and deliver compelling presentations.
Previous sales experience in the office or retail industry is preferred.
Mastery of the English language.
Thrive in a dynamic, competitive, and fast-paced startup environment.
A bachelors degree is preferred but not required.
Experience with customer-facing CRM and prospecting tools is a plus.
Tenacity, a drive to learn, and self-motivation.
What will your day-to-day look like
Source and close new business to consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas.
Develop an intimate understanding of DANONI products and their industry positioning.
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting new customers to hosting online demos, creating proposals, and sealing deals.
Maintain precise pipeline management, including expert-level forecasting.
Exceed goals, which include outbound calls, emails, online demos, and trials every quarter.
Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for customers and channel partners.
Collaborate closely with product development and supply chain teams to ensure smooth product delivery and fuel future growth.
Provide valuable market/client feedback to DANONIs executive/product/fulfillment teams.
Report directly to DANONIs founder.
