Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for account acquisition and account management. Maintains productive and professional business relationship with its accounts and key partners;
Implement Sales strategies and development plans for Travel and Trade Partners to achieve set goal plans (Revenue, Passenger Count, Ancillaries);
Handles/conducts various sales activities such as product presentation, sales blitzes, familiarization trips, etc.;
Gathers market updates, trends and competitor's activities useful in crafting competitive sales strategies and programs; and
Coordinates with key support departments (i.e. Revenue Management, Marketing, CCD, Legal, RAD, CCG etc.) to plot a concerted effort in servicing Travel and Trade Partners.
Basic Qualifications:
Graduate with a bachelor's degree in management, business administration or any related field
Airline/aviation background with prior experience in reservations is an advantage
Proficient with MS Office applications
Skyspeed, Sky Partner, OnBase, Collection and Remittance training is a plus
With excellent negotiation and selling skills
With good business acumen and presentation skills
