Role Description
Client Management
Prepare presentations & recommendations to clients based on Kantar Worldpanel research results to help them with their marketing strategies.
Initiate and build client relationship, handle daily client requests, and anticipate client demands to proactively find solutions.
Assist line managers in identifying further opportunities within client portfolio to generate business revenue streams.
Documentation
Archives all working files for security measures
Documents internal minutes of the meeting
Responsible for accomplishment of internal forms such as database forms, Worldpanel Online (WPO) forms
Coordinates internally with Admin/Finance on the requirements of the subscription Role
Requirements
College degree in any of the following - Communication Research, Marketing, Statistics, Math, Economics, Management, Psychology or any related discipline.
Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word
A curious mentality and unafraid to have a point of view.
Strong numerical and analytical skills which can be applied in a commercial context with a keen interest in analysing data to provide recommendations and insight.
Professional and courteous in manner, and motivated to find solutions for problems.
Articulate and credible written and verbal communication skills, including good presentation skills.
Be able to work optimally in a team environment
Well organized with strong level of time management and the ability to manage and effectively plan workload.
Business minded and determined with passion to learn, contribute and to develop.
