The Account Executive role involves market research, lead generation, prospecting, qualifying, needs analysis, and closing with C-level executives in business negotiations and client partnerships through consultative and solution selling with SMBs and MNCs. She develops a strong understanding of markets and client's needs, pain points, to formulate appropriate solutions.
Responsibilities:
Achieve new business sales targets in line with monthly, quarterly and annual in the assigned territory.
Conduct a product demonstration to C-level executives and proactively help clients to assess the value of the company.
Establish and manage sales pipeline that will enable sales targets of new accounts and maintain the pipeline updated in the CRM system.
Report and update the CRM system with all client communications (phone, emails and marketing) and ensuring information is accurate and documents are attached.
Perform other duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications:
Three years of proven consultative and solution sales, preferably experience in B2B technology (SaaS), with evidence of prior success in sales.
Ability to conduct a needs analysis and demonstrate the value of the company to prospects by addressing critical business issues.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Grit, self-motivated, and proactive
