The Job You will be responsible for : New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions. Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients. Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities. Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up. Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders. Establishing strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients. Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets. Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback. Setting the project scope, timelines and budget as well as resource planning and activities scheduling Overseeing all aspects of the management and operations of the project to ensure smooth execution, ensuring compliance with internet and regulatory standards. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximise share of wallet. The Profile You have at least 1 year experience within a sales/ account management, ideally within the Social Media & Ad Tech. You have prior experience in dealing with Key Accounts. You ideally have experience covering Real Estate You possess excellent interpersonal communication and influencing skills.
