Business Leadership
Revenue Growth / Existing Clients
Support MP/AMP in his/her plans for growth by suggesting and brainstorming with the MP/AMP, offering POV on possible opportunities based on intimate day-to-day familiarity with the client's business.
Support the MP/AMP by providing a POV on potential prospects, orchestrating the audit, research, and other analysis as agreed with MP/AMP
Lead the pitch assignments as key pitch driver, leading game-planning and directing formation and development of the agreed pitch solution to be offered.
Work with MP/AMP in designing appropriate credentials, customized to each prospect.
Develop appropriately priced proposals by ensuring clear understanding of deliverables and ways of working.
Pricing
Ensure clear mapping of all scopes. Work closely with function heads to ensure accuracy of assumptions. Align with MP/AMP.
Ensure proposals are cleared with Finance.
Ensure all LOA's/ MSA's / CE's and other pertinent documents are appropriate to the type of client and scope proposed.
Ensure all legal conditions and clauses that protect the agency and integrity of the assignment are stated in the proposal.
Proposals
Ensure proposals or CE's are signed (or that unavoidable/ necessary policy waivers are applied for) prior to initiation of any work.
In the event a policy infraction needs to be filed due to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances, ensure these are promptly filed by staff.
Align all of the above with MP/AMP.
Client Leadership
Knowledge of the client's business
Be the EXPERT on clients and brands assigned. He is the KEY Brand Champion and must have in-depth & intimate knowledge and insight into client culture and circumstances, business, and the particular dynamics of each brand assigned- having a clear grasp of the 5C's that make up the context of each brand assigned.
Have and offer the initial point of view on the brief-on the definition of the problem, and on the consumer experience foreseen for the solution to be created. Lead the game planning for the brief.
(Align with MP/AMP)
Ensure that entire accounts team and assigned function leads immerse and study the client's brands assigned to them.
Understand and interrogate the client brief to define the problem to be solved that will determine the creation of the appropriate solution and consumer experience. (This likewise constitutes what we call as "client read" or "basa."
Direct the strategizing and determination of the appropriate consumer experience for major briefs, in partnership with the appropriate function expert teams. Align this with the MP/AMP.
Relationship Management
Support the MP/AMP and offer recommendations to effect a healthy and productive overall agency relationship with clients.
Ensure effective personal relationships are built with key client contacts at senior and mid-levels, or with clients who are in key positions of influence.
Collaborate with the MP/AMP to ensure that client relationships translate into confidence and trust, paving the way for selling or upselling of growth-generating solutions and delightful day to day operations and interaction with clients across function teams.
Collaborate with MP/AMP to ensure client evaluation scores are consistent with internal goal KPI's agreed.
Product Leadership
Lead teams to sell work that clients appreciate as helpful and vital to their business work. Involve the MP/AMP, as needed, especially for critical projects.
Output
Ensure that solutions/ output determined, created, and presented are appropriate to the client/brand situation and task to be solved given the Acct Director's expert and in-depth knowledge of brands handled.
Drive delivery of key areas essential to excellent quality output & timings, as specified for the MP/AMP.
Collaborate and align with the MP/AMP on how to determine and build a consumer experience plan or go-to-market strategy as needed, or appropriate, for major campaigns or pitches.
Consumer Experience
Work as key anchor or lead, working closely with Strat Planning, Creative, MAX, and Social, as needed and determined at game-planning. (For major campaigns and pitches.)
Take the initiative to be curious and keep one's self updated on trends in the industry (off-line and on-line, and including off-line and on-line retail) to ensure expertise as communications and solutions partners of clients.
Offline/Online Knowledge & Updating (Total Experience)
This includes the initiative to stay abreast of developments and trends with regards to how consumers access their needs and wants off-line and on-line, including interaction with brands.
Access and use available company tools for training and updating, fully participate in platform workshops and other training opportunities as provided for by superiors.
Working in collaboration with the MP/AMP identify, recommend, game-plan, create, and sell opportunities for creative and effectiveness awards, or industry famous work, in partnership with Strat Planning and Creative.
Famous Work

Follow-through by working in collaboration with supervisors to-plan, create, and sell opportunities for creative and effectiveness awards, or industry famous work, in partnership with Strat Planning and Creative.
Operational Leadership
Forecasting and Phasing
Working in concert with Business Head:
Apply client business knowledge for effective forecasting.
Concurrently map out predicted new biz generated revenue wins based on new biz planning.
Apply Phasing guidelines issued by the CFO
Support the BU Head and/or Brand & Biz Leader with necessary information for forecasting purposes, as directed and requested by the BU Head and/or Brand & Business Leader.
Accounts Receivables
Take the lead in actual monitoring and follow-through of all collectibles for accounts directly managed, initiating necessary meetings with client brand and finance teams, as needed to ensure timely collection.

Identify high-performing Account Management Staff under his/her supervision.
Work with the BU Head to ensure developmental plans are in place and implemented for 100% of High-potential employees as of EOY.
Performance Reviews
Ensure performance reviews/developmental plans are completed for 100% of team members by EOY.; including enrollment in PMP (Performance Management Plan), as needed.

Required Experience
6-8 years of experience in Account Management in an advertising agency
