Lead Generation and Development Supervisor
MAIN AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
The primary responsibility of the Account Development Specialist is to identify which of Sprout's existing clients qualify for Sprout benefit and OS products. This job requires very strong skills in upselling and client qualification using a number of available tools including, but not limited to, phone, email, LinkedIn. This individual acts as the upselling expert.
TASKS:
Responsible for upselling through calling clients and sending email/email campaigns.
Responsible for collaborating with the innovations team to push any new Sprout Products.
Responsible for qualifying potential clients as worthy of follow-up or not
Able to sell many different products all at the same time.
Has strong attention to detail and able to multi-task /work on multiple and simultaneous projects
Able to work autonomously
Able to work at all levels within a target prospect account, from Manager to C level
Perform other duties as assigned by the company
QUALIFICATIONS | COMPETENCIES:
Proven upselling/account management track record with SME and large enterprise companies
Able to determine a client's needs and translate those needs into a potential fit for the Sprout SaaS solution
Understands the concept of needs identification
Confident self-starter with the ability to connect technological advantages to business goals
Minimum 3 years experience with account management/sales prospecting.
The ability to succeed with limited supervision
A positive, persistent, and professional can-do attitude
Sound business judgment, integrity, and commitment to excellence
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent interpersonal skills; Effective communicator, exemplary presentations skills
Strong organizational skills
