Job Description
Access Program Manager
Overall Objective
Ensure efficient and effective implementation of activities to drive market access strategies
Key Responsibilities
Drive a fully integrated National Immunization Program management
Implement strategic business plan for Department of Health (DhrlaOH) and relevant stakeholders (Local Government Units (LGUs), Department of Education (DepEd), Civil Society Organization & NGOs) aligned with company and market access directions and priorities
Conduct consultative meetings to understand key stakeholders' evolving needs and support them by co-creating strategies and plans for the National Implementation Program (NIP) roll out
Build partnerships that can support and help in the successful implementation of the NIP
Ensure successful implementation of the NIP through a whole society approach
Monitor progress of NIP support programs and take appropriate measures to ensure vaccine utilization
Help co-create intervention activities to support the NIP
Conduct review to determine if set goals are met and recommend necessary improvements in NIP implementation to ensure increase of Vaccine Coverage Rate
Stakeholder Engagement
Mapping of national, regional and local government key stakeholders (DoH ,DepEd and LGUs) and other relevant partners
Support demand generation and program implementation at the local level, including policy shaping, when needed, such as ordinance, resolution, or executive order in support of the NIP to ensure high Vaccine Coverage Rate (VCR) and sustainability of health programs of the government
Develops and establishes strong business relationship with key stakeholders by enhancing knowledge and understanding of their goals and needs
Expand network and identify key opportunities for partnerships at the local level and align how best we can collaborate
Coordination/ Collaboration with Market Access Cross Functional Team (CFT)
Provide inputs to the formulation of plans to enable access and partnerships
Contribute in the assessment of effectiveness of planned activities and provide suggestions on how best to improve
Education
