QUALIFICATION
College degree or equivalent experience required
Critical thinker with keen attention to detail
Strong organizational skill
Ability to adapt effectively and quickly to changing policies and requirements
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing,
Proven administrative skills
Strong time management skills and multitasking ability
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
RESPONSIBILITIES
Acting as the first point of contact for students, teachers, and guests with IDP/IELTS concerns
Perform general administrative tasks, including recording and encoding IELTS test scores, processing documents needed for refunds and TRFs, registering public test takers, assisting leaders in Mock Test preparation
Maintain filing system, contact database, and inventories
Provide ad-hoc support to the office and other staff members as needed including class changes
