The role is instrumental in analyzing and managing bordereaux reports as the ideal candidate will be responsible for the review, analysis of bordereaux data, ensuring accurary and compliance with regulatory standards.Job Responsibilities:
Assisting and processing of incoming bordereaux information
Responsible for the management of the bordereaux process, validation, reconciliation and exception handling.
Manage and respond to all bordereaux related queries and exception reporting
Provide support to the Bordereaux Manager as required in matters relating to bordereaux processing and data quality.
You may act as a key contact to resolve issues that prevent the processing of Bordereaux within agreed timelines.
Identifying anomalies within the bordereaux and amending where necessary.
Consistently demonstrating your ability to communicate effectively and efficiently at all levels.
You will ensure process and training documentation in relation to Bordereaux Management Procedures is kept up to date.
QualificationsRequired Skills:
Minimum of 3 years of related experience in insurance and in a data analysis role with exposure to bordereaux management.
Experience with BI tools (such as Power BI, Tableu, etc.)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (v-look ups, pivot tables, Macro) with the ability to manipulate data
With finance-related skills a plus
Knowledge of business analysis processes and techniques
Ability to identify and resolve issues by investigating to find the root cause and determine the best solution
Strong analytical skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Have the ability to work well under pressure, working at pace without compromising accuracy
Reconciliation experience
Ability to categorize by importance
Experience in CRM tools (such as Monday.com, etc)
Additional Information
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
