Job Summary:
We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to lead our mass-hiring projects with experience dealing with high-volume Recruitment and Talent Acquisition!
Main Duties
Analyze, plan, manage recruitment programs and the hiring process to ensure that the Recruitment services provided meet the progressive needs of our growing business
Assisting with ongoing improvement of the current HR administrative functions and centralization of all processes
Pro-active sourcing of end-to-end recruitment activities including test administration, screening / conducting interviews and making recommendations regarding suitability of candidates for employment
Keep records / reports of new hires and their endorsement to appropriate operations group requiring these inputs
Keep track record of all employment contract and pre-employment requirements
Requirements
Fluent English
Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Psychology or equivalent
Sufficient years experience in Recruitment/HR role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally and confidently at all levels
Able to work under pressure and manage time effectively
Flexible on working hours (there will be requirements to work in line with European, American or Asian business hours)
Proficient in MS Office application (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and Outlook)
