About this opportunity
We are now looking for a 5G Core Program Director, to lead assigned customer projects securing that strategies are implemented, project goals are met, customer's expectations are fulfilled, and that the customer relation is handled in the best possible way within the scope of the contract.
What you will do
Establish the program plan baseline: define project scope, secure the vital resources, and plan and supervise all activities
Lead project execution: track project activities, supervise and handle changes, conflicts, and critical issues
Handle customer and partner engagement: lead customer relationship building confidence and trust, ensure project progress arranging meetings and customer events
Contract T&C Reviewing experience & skills, excellent understanding of contract framework
Be the program lead for ICT Managers for project sub-streams
Handle project finance: ensure financial system monitoring
Promote collaboration and mentoring
Develop the business: participate in contract preparation and to pre-sales meetings.
Develop the field: simplify processes, methods, and tools with creative ideas
You will bring
Education: Academic Degree in Engineering, Computer Science / IT
Min years of experience: 10 years of Project Management at least 5 years handling Telecommunications Projects
Experience in working in projects larger than 10MUSD
Experience working in matrix organizations
Financial Foresight & Analysis Skills
Business Understanding
Consultative Skills
Mentor Skills
Customer and Market Insight
Negotiation, Persuading & Influencing Skills
Leading & Supervising Skills
Planning & Organizing Skills
You should also have:
Project management certification
Cloud Demonstrated ability
Project sales experience
Supplier management experience
An advanced degree in business is a plus
