Final Check and review of incorporation/company registration documents, applications forms (e.g. SEC, LGU, BIR-RDO, DOLE, SSS, Philhealth, HDMF, BSP and BOI/PEZA) prior to filing or submission to client and government agencies.
Discussion and negotiation with client and government agencies on matters beyond the capacity of an SV
Preparation of proposal/engagement letter for checking by the Director
Monitoring, updating and follow-up of engagement status
Periodic update, consultation, and coordination with the Director and Clients;
Coordination and communication with the Director and Management;
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Political Science, Legal Management, Law, Accounting, Marketing and similar course
Bar passer/lawyer and/or with experience of business processing
Must have at least 1 year of experience in processing of incorporation/registration, transfer, dissolution, merger and acquisition.
Manager / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
