Our respected client is seeking a Software Quality Assurance Engineer II.Job Summary:The Software QA Engineer II is part of a team responsible for the quality assurance of SilkRoad products and services. As part of the Research and Development team, the Software QA Engineer II will be involved in developing tests and testing the company's services and applications.Job Responsibilities:All employees are expected to use good business judgment and appropriate discretion and decision-making while performing the responsibilities of the position.
Performs manual and automated testing.
Develops and maintains automated tests for a functional area.
Writes test plans.
Takes operational responsibility.
Sets measurable goals and meet them.
Reviews automated test code changes.
Review user interfaces for consistency and functionality.
Helps mentor new hires. The responsibilities listed above are representative of the main duties; other duties may be assigned or altered based on business needs.
Job Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year experience developing or testing commercial software preferably in a cloud environment.
Experience with Microsoft stack (C#, SQL Server, ASP.NET) preferable.
Experience with Selenium or other automation testing tools preferable
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other technical discipline, or equivalent experience
Proficient with cloud software development and agile development practices.
Knowledge of cloud platforms.
Experience with a variety of QA automation technology areas.
Ability to work independently between periodic check-ins.
Estimates timelines effectively; identifies and communicates roadblocks promptly; takes operational excellence seriously.
Salary Range: PHP 45,000 - PHP 55,000Work Setup: RemoteWork Shift: Mid Shift
