Job Description
Communicates efficiently with First Commis Chef and Chef de Partie by providing regular updates and feedback on service and food related issues.
Ensures highest level of product knowledge is maintained and communicated to passengers during food service.
Liaise with stores and other departments to ensure products and items are well stocked.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.
2 years of experience required. Relevant experience working in a 5-star hotel, cruise ship or airport lounge is an asset
Fluent in written and spoken English
HACCP trained. Presentable and must have good grooming skills
Confident, with pleasing personality. Excellent interpersonal skill
