Human Resources Generallist get to:
1. Meet and connect with all new hires from day 1 until full time in production to understand thier challenges and concerns.
2. Drive operational excellence in key HR practices: driving employee engagement, retention, and development for new hires.
3. Own 100% compliance of new hires on mandatory documents for employement.
Qualifications:
Our most successful candidates will have:
At least a 2-year College Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 1-2 years BPO experience in the same capacity.
General knowledge of labor standards, statutory benefits, employee engagement practices and other key HR processes
Above average written and oral communication skills
Excellent ability to build networks within and across functions through proactive communication
Capable in maintaining a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism is critical
Strong work ethic, integrity, flexibility, diversity, customer service orientation are essential.
Willing to work in a shifting schedule
