- Plan and implement creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with various schools, government and private organizations.
- Represent the company in activities related to recruitment and employee programs.
- Stay informed on latest trends and innovative sourcing techniques.
- Organize events that will attract novice and experienced talents.
Qualifications:
Our most successful candidates have:
- Graduate of any Bachelor's degree course
- At least 3 years of related work experience, preferably from the same industry
- Excellent presentation, data analysis and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
