The Role
Enhance your strengths and explore internship opportunities with the different Finance teams below:
Accounting (Local Finance)
Provide accounting support to the Local Finance Team
Encode accurately, prepare, and maintain accounting documents and records
Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
Global Cash Application
Oversee Accounts Receivable processing and cash application
Download bank statements from bank portals
Cash posting and application to Oracle
Research the correct invoices to apply to payment
Global Collections
Support the day-to-day operations and adhoc activities of the global team
Create and publish daily, weekly, and monthly collections reports
Clean up of Accounts Payable contacts on the system
Global Project Billings
Review project invoices and credit notes received from North America, EMEA, and Asia Pacific offices
Ensure that documents and notes are in accordance with the agreed performance metrics
Perform administrative projects tasked by the team
The Requirements
Undergraduate students pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Accounting, or any related field with an excellent academic background
Willing to be a part of a Full-Time Internship Program ranging from 3-6 months
Willing to report in a hybrid set-up depending on the needs of the business
Extensive knowledge on Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good analytical and research capabilities with the ability to challenge conventional thinking
Self-driven achiever with a value for teamwork, collaboration, decisiveness, integrity in all their responsibilities
Detail-oriented and able to acquire, share, and disseminate new information and knowledge
