The Nasdaq Futures Internship Program provides successful candidates with a unique opportunity to experience a challenging and immersive 10-week internship. As participants in the Nasdaq Futures Internship Program, you will deliver real, impactful work within a business unit. You will work on a defined project and partner with a mentor, network with senior colleagues and present your project at the end of the program. You will also participate in learning & development opportunities as well as "lunch and learn" sessions with senior leaders.
Our Team
The Innovative Experience Center is a part of the Global Talent Acquisition Team that supports the recruitment operations through the following initiatives:
Compliance to standards and regulatory policies
Implementation, maintenance, and operation of talent acquisition systems and tools
Process review and improvement
Your Role
The intern will perform administrative tasks in support of IEC's ongoing projects. The tasks are listed, but not limited to the below activities:
Audit review
File inventory
Data reconciliation
The Ideal Candidate
Is working on completing a degree in Business, or Finance, or Economics, Engineering, Computer Science or related fields (preferably graduating in 2023)
Preferably has knowledge/experience in MS Sharepoint or other online collaboration tools
Keen to details and can perform audit review/sweep
Able to do simple data analysis and review
Proficiency in using MS application (excel, word, ppt)
Has prior audit experience
Has a prior process documentation experience
Amenable to working mid to night shift
Project Overview
Interns may be tasked to participate in the background screening improvement project, employee files audit and inventory, SharePoint sweep.
