Qualifications for Junior Accounting Staff:
- A graduate of BS Accountancy or any financial management course
- Computer literate / proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Willing to work in private school setting
Duties and Responsibilities
- Handles payroll and attendance
- Handles BIR schedules and filing
- Schedules/monitors government contributions and loans - SSS/PhilHealth/Pag-ibig
- Processes various bank updates, SSS/Philhealth/Pag-ibig and online applications
- Schedules financial statements/ITR/GIS
- Schedules yearly alphalist
- Processes/computes/files various employee SSS claims/reimbursements and requests for PhilHealth certifications
- Prepares/fills up forms on renewal/updates of Company files/permits - banks
- Other duties that may be assigned from time to time
