We are looking for a Channel Finance Analyst to join the Manila finance team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, strategic thinker, great communicator, and enjoys collaborating with people with a diverse set of talents in a dynamic fast-paced environment with a distributed team. Primary duties of this position include handling all partner related billing and finance related activities to ensure all channel related invoices are reconciled accurately, completely and timely.
Duties and Responsibilities
Perform account and transactional reconciliation for all global channel accounts
Work closely with the Revenue, System, Cash Application, Billing, Order Management,
Sales and Collection teams in data clean-up projects
Perform high level account analysis and extensive transactional research and troubleshooting
Investigate and respond to partner billing inquiries via email and live Zoom meetings
Collaborate with other departments cross-functionally regarding customers' accounts and other inquiries
Review invoices and create manual credit and debit adjustments, as necessary
Assist the Collection team to manage customer disputes and payments
Escalate accounts with recurring billing and/or provisioning errors to AR Manager for resolution support.
Identify and escalate issues found in the billing system to engineering for resolution
Assist the Billing Manager to evaluate current processes, recommend and implement new processes to improve operational efficiency and successful customer experiences
Minimum Qualification
Be fluent in English (verbal and written)
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
3+ years of accounts receivable, billing, or finance experience
Experience in Customer Service is preferred
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and professional skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Proficient knowledge of workflow between multiple programs (Zuora, OP, Salesforce)
Strong computer skills (i.e. excel) - Experience in Zuora and Zendesk is preferred, but not required.
Ability to handle large volume of details - detailed oriented and multi-tasking
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and team setting with other individuals
