Job Description:
Accountable and responsible for the overall business performance of the zone in both seeds and crop protection business
Lead and manage team on execution of field demand generational activities to ensure product grounding
Lead and manage team on channel Initiatives (retailer programs, distribution network) to ensure product availability at any time and place
Lead the zone in identifying and capturing growth opportunities for seeds and crop protection
Key responsibilities:
Manage the relationship and further development of the existing key customers, indirect and direct accounts;
Actively propose sales initiatives for customers in specific areas of the country;
Manage entrusted region according to general objectives of the company and represent the company in commercial and technical relations on assigned region in partnership with distributors, farmers and consulting companies;
Collaborate with colleagues from the technical and commercial departments. Actively participate in business teams in developing future strategies and decisions covering the whole country.
Sound understandings of financials, high comfort with numbers

Qualifications
Solid experience in sales distribution and dealing with direct customers
Sound knowledge of the local agriculture industry
Strong networking & communication skills
Ready for frequent travel
Flexible and willing to relocate, as needed
