Job Description
Viking Asset Management LLC is in need of Zoho developer capable of handling complex  automation and integration on Zoho application tasks to help our company grow and a web developer who will be responsible for developing and designing website for our company. This is an essential and creative position that will help our team set up the Zoho One platform to offer a convenient office set up for our employees and develop our website to offer good quality service for our customers. You will work remotely.
 
Zoho Development Responsibilities
Customize Zoho Applications by creating templates for Zoho Projects, Zoho Forms, Zoho Sign, Zoho People, Zoho Books, Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, etc.
Create fields and edit field properties to customize them to each business department needs
Automate functions for email merge, social media campaigns, and easy ways for salespeople to add information.
Create/document ZOHO system architecture that meets current business needs and anticipates future needs for enhancements and upgrades.
Configure permission, roles, and layouts for multiple user types and departments.
 
Future responsibilities after setting up the Zoho Apps are as follows but not limited to:
Develop, if needed, custom applications to support business needs, especially word-of-mouth tracking systems.
Work with users to ensure accurate data collection, data security, analysis, and reporting to inform management and day-to-day operational performance.
Proactively address data management and quality issues and provide transparent and continuous feedback to the Operations managers and Executives.
On-board and train users in data entry, data security procedures, and reporting requirements, and develop and update training materials and resources.
Develop and improve customized reports and dashboards to monitor data integrity and sales performance.
Integrate webforms with CRM as needed to collect customer data.
This position will grow into other responsibilities such as helping the management improve the performance with Zoho as well as creating ways to integrate funnels and events.
 
Website Development Responsibilities:
Website and software application designing, building, or maintaining.
Using scripting or authoring languages, management tools, content creation tools, applications, and digital media.
Conferring with teams to resolve conflicts, prioritize needs, develop content criteria, or choose solutions.
Directing or performing Website updates.
Developing or validating test routines and schedules to ensure that test cases mimic external interfaces and address all browser and device types.
Editing, writing, or designing Website content, and directing team members who produce content.
Maintaining an understanding of the latest Web applications and programming practices through study and participation in online courses.
Back up files from Web sites to local directories for recovery.
Determining user needs by analyzing technical requirements.
 
Skills Requirement:
 Strong understanding of databases
 Experience with Zoho beyond being an end-user
Previous experience in administration to create the best templates and forms is a plus
Self-starter, patient, proactive, and creative who requires little supervision once a task has been assigned.
Strong project management skills; able to manage complex projects with many moving pieces, use Zoho capabilities and agile processes for project management, and oversee task completion with high attention to detail.
Data analysis and reporting skills within the Zoho platform.
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team, including coordinating with all levels of management and staff.
You MUST be self-motivated and able to move forward through obstacles.
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to condense and explain technical information to non-technical users

Website content management experience.
 Solid knowledge and experience in programming applications.
Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS and My SQL, and Wordpress.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of programming language and technical terminology.
Able to develop ideas and processes and clearly express them.
High degree of independent judgment.
Able to solve complex problems.
Salary is P25,000 - 35,000
