As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll be delivering support to customers and clients of the
biggest product brands world - wide.
You'll be in-charge of:
Answering incoming calls from our customers
Providing solutions to customer inquiries/requests
Guaranteeing customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
Utilizing various Concentrix and client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
Provide leading-edge service in a welcoming, assured and knowledgeable manner
Basic Qualifications:
At least high school graduate
Experience of at least six months in the BPO industry are preferred; but applicants without work experience are welcome to apply
Excellent English Communication skills - verbal and written
Basic knowledge on computers
Good customer service, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
Willing to work in shifting schedule including graveyard shift and during holidays
Good team player

Basic Qualifications:
18 yrs old & Above
At least HS or Sr. HS Graduate
with or without Call Center Experience
Good English communication skills
Working knowledge on computers
Good customer service, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
Willing to work in shifting schedule
