What You'll Do:
Provide necessary information and assistance using the right method and tools.
Offer remote support for client workstations when needed.
Deliver First Call Resolution and help clients get back on track swiftly.
Provide training to clients on software usage to empower them.
Work a shifting schedule to meet client needs and keep operations seamless.
What We're Looking For:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Organized with strict attention to detail.
Basic Accounting Knowledge: Whether from school or work, it's a plus!
Conversational with great command of English.
At least 1 year in Customer Service/Technical Support or a mix of both. Bonus points if you've held a leadership role for at least 6 months!
Can work with minimal supervision.
