Interpret and distribute management information to operational line managers to support them in steering towards their targets
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, any field.
Required skill(s): Knowledge in Philippine Labor Law in terms of scheduling, knowledge in Workforce Management scheduling tool (Verint is a plus), Good affinity with numbers, MS Excel.
Knowledge on forecasting call volumes and AHT
Ability to create schedules to meet service level requirement
Ability to plan activities without compromising operational targets
Required language(s): English, Filipino
At least 2 year(s) of working experience on Workforce Management on a contact center setting.
