Salary Range: 30,000 - 45,000
Job Overview:
• Manages team members in their day-to-day work performance (distribute task, monitors workloads and backlogs), ensures compliance and coaching
• To improve workflow while decreasing the causes of client and customer dissatisfaction.
• To monitor and handle site activities to support service level agreements. Performs root cause analysis of SLA deviations, creation of action plan and resolution
• Responsible for all scheduling, call volume monitoring and adjusting.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree holder of any course
• Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in Workforce management (Scheduling/Forecasting/RTA) as Team Lead
• Must have experience of at least 1 year using TCS, IEX, or Blue Pumpkin, Avaya or other ACD phone system
• Strong skills in using Excel to create and maintain historical data and forecasting models.
• Supported different accounts and LOBs
• Can Work from home and onsite
• Amenable to work in different schedules
