WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT MANAGER
 
As a workforce management manager, your primary responsibilities include:
Forecasting: Predicting staffing requirements based on historical data, business trends, and operational needs.
Scheduling: Optimizing employee schedule methodology to ensure adequate coverage while achieving conversion and budget metrics.
Data Analysis: Developing and utilizing data analytics tools to assess workforce performance, identify trends, and propose strategies for improvement.
Collaboration: Partner with HR, operations leadership, and other relevant departments to align workforce strategies with organizational objectives.
Efficiency Improvement: Lead efforts for operational wide process optimization, cost reduction, and overall efficiency enhancement within the workforce.
Technology Utilization: Leveraging workforce management software and tools to streamline processes and enhance decision-making.
Reporting: Creating and developing regular reports on key performance indicators, workforce metrics, and other relevant data for management review.
Adaptability: Adapting strategies as needed to respond to changing business conditions, ensuring workforce alignment with organizational goals.
Communication: Effectively communicating workforce-related insights, recommendations, and outcomes to stakeholders at various levels within the organization.

Must have min 5 years of scheduling, forecasting and workforce management leadership experience.
Must have demonstrated skills in leading process improvement projects.
Expert knowledge in Tableau, excel modeling and report generation.
