Qualifications:
A total of 4 years work experience with a min of 3 years of experience in WFM
Must be associated with an International BPO currently or in the
Excellent Leadership & Interpersonal relationship
Strong Process Management & planning skills
Good team player
Willing to work On Site

Capacity Planning - End to end Process
Forecasting and Scheduling
Outbound and campaign management
Real time Management
Reporting and Analytics
