About the role:
Every company, big or small, uses some form of system to manage their employee data. Smaller companies may use a simple Excel spreadsheet or perhaps even a piece of paper, but larger organizations will require more sophisticated systems. These systems need to deal with everything from recruitment, processing basic employee data, performance management to how employees get paid.
This is where we come in. We partner with our clients to enhance their HR function through technology, allowing them to do these tasks quickly, efficiently, and in a controlled environment. In recent years, this has been pushed to the forefront of our client's minds and we have seen a rapid increase in demand for our expertise in the design and implementation of their HR Application solutions.
In recent years a new breed of 'Cloud' applications has entered the market, which focuses on simple processes and enhanced user experience. Workday is a significant player providing HCM solutions and services to large national and multi-national clients. Our Workday team has a deep understanding of the software, and we help our clients to implement Workday.
A key role of our Workday team is to define and deliver a method for the movement of HR data to and from the Workday application. This service is provided by our Workday Integration team. Our Integration team analyses our clients' enterprise application ecosystem and assesses the best approach for introducing Workday to fully support the clients' HR Transformation strategy. This team utilizes a variety of tools to build custom and complex integrations to enable Workday to interact with other client systems. Workday Studio is one of these tools and is a powerful Eclipse IDE plug-in that provides developers the capability to both reuses available Workday Integration components and to create custom Java classes. Additionally, Workday includes other tools to support data movement and manipulation of the standard Workday XML output file through the use of programming technologies such as XSLT scripts.
Able to conduct requirements from clients, understand client needs, provide solutions to clients. SME is in one or more modules of Workday like Absence Management or Time Tracking or compensation or Payroll or Benefits.
to be able to configure WD tenant as per client needs, conduct POC, train client staff, help onsite team in testing, cutover tasks, and post-go-live support.

In charge of building, troubleshooting and maintaining the time and attendance system for clients.
Provide assistance to the client through hyper care and offer a wide variety of Infor services to help clients with the complete Human Capital Management services they need.
Responsible for providing payroll data extract with the use of Infor GHR and interface mapping
Analyzed complex requirements for payroll, benefits, time and human resource policy and procedures to develop optimal solutions.
Preferred:
He/she should have 8 or more years of Workday implementation experience.
Strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills in English, be self-motivated and be able to work in challenging situations with changing priorities.
Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to think out-of-the-box, work under pressure, and tight project timelines.
Proven demonstration of sound business acumen, teamwork, and leadership qualities.
An appreciation of the consulting lifestyle and the ability to travel (both locally and abroad) is a prerequisite to fit our short-term and long-term project assignment.
